Before you email support, these answers cover the most common issues:

### How do I restore Carma Pro?

Open Carma Pro or Manage Subscription from Settings, then use the restore option tied to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

### How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You may be able to open management tools from inside Carma, but final cancellation, renewal, and refund controls are handled by your app store account.

### What happens if I delete the app?

Most Carma data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app without exporting or restoring a backup first, you may lose that local data.

### How do backups work?

Carma can create local backup files and export them as JSON. You can later restore those backups inside the app to bring your garage back onto the device.

### Why does a reminder or mileage estimate look wrong?

Reminder timing depends on the service interval, the last completed mileage, and your current tracked or estimated mileage. Updating mileage and recent service history usually fixes inaccurate reminder timing.
